The Fountain Stage was the scene as locals the Rubblebucket Orchestra performed their mix of rock, soul, and afrobeats for a large and energetic crowd filling the top of block of Church Street. Seven Days named Rubblebucket Vermont's best new band of 2008 and, judging from their performance and the reception from the crowd, 2009 is going just as well. The 10-piece band is led by trumpeter Alex Toth.
